Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, has emerged as an early favourite to replace Joachim Low, after Germany crashed out of the 2018 World Cup on Wednesday.
The holders were stunned 2-0 by South Korea in their last Group F fixture, a result that saw them finish bottom of the group.
It is the first time in over 80 years, that Germany has not qualified from the preliminary stages of the tournament and speculations are rife Low might be sacked.
Low recently signed a new deal before the World Cup and refused to confirm if he will continue in his role after the match.
Klopp is currently on holiday in Ibiza, Spain, relaxing ahead of the 2018/2019 Premier League season.
Liverpool are scheduled to return to pre-season training next month.
