Emulate MKO. Abiola - F4AL Urges Politicians

The chairperson of the Foundation for Advancement of Liberty, a non Governmental Organization, Mrs Omolara Ayoade Babatunde has appeal to Nigerians, most especially  the political office holders to strive to leave an impact that will last long even after their demise.
       Mrs Ayoade gave this admonition in an online media chat granted to mark the new Democracy  day in Nigeria.
    Earlier, the Federal Government had approved June 12 as the new Democracy Day in Honour of the late Chief M K O Abiola, the man  generally believed to have won the 1993 presidential Election.
      Mrs Omolara Ayoade BabaTunde while eulogizing Chief M K O ABOLA affirmed that He was dedicated to helping the less privileged in the society, urged the political office holders as well as wealthy individuals in our society to follow suit.
        Mrs Omolara while lamenting the intense poverty and youth unemployment militating against Nigeria, appeal to our leaders to do all they can to make these a thing of the past adding that leadership is not about title or designation, but about impact, Influence and leaving a lasting impact.
