Three Nigerians Arrested In India Over Drug Related Offences

Three Nigerians were caught for 
possession of hard drugs in
 different parts of India.

Two Nigerians were arrested by
 the Goa Police Anti-Narcotics Cell 
in Siolim, Panaji, capital of Goa, 
with 60.1 grams of cocaine and
 15.3 grams of MDMA, worth 
Rs 7.5 lakh or $2,000. In Bangalore, 
the third Nigerian was picked up.

Ifeanyi Obinna, 41 and Chidiebere 
Onuchukwu, 34, identified the
 accused arrested in Siolim. 
The drugs were found last week 
at Madlabhat, Siolim in their
 rented room.

The ANC team, led by PI Shitakant
 Nayak, raided the rented room on
 the basis of information they had 
received, where they caught the 
duo with the drugs.
 The NDPS Act registered offences 
against the accused and the duo 
was placed under arrest.
