Alex Otti 44 Movement during the weekend embarked mobilization of eligible Abia citizens and got registered for permanent voters cards (PVC).
The pro-democracy and support group led by the chairman, Engr. Chibueze Daniel Okah mobilized qualified citizens across electoral wards and INEC designated units in Isiuakwato local government area of Abia state for its Continuous Voters Registration (CVR) exercise.
Recall that INEC had announced an extension of the ongoing continuous voters registration (CVR) exercise, alongside the introduction of a new self-service registration platform for first-time voters.
According to the Nigeria electoral commission, the CVR exercise, which was earlier scheduled to end on Friday, July 10, 2026, will now continue until Sunday, July 26, 2026.
Speaking during mobilization exercise carried out by Alex Otti 4 4 Movement, the chairman, Engr Chibueze Daniel Okah emphasized that the socio-political group will continue to mobilize and sensitize the citizens on the significance of the ongoing voters registration exercise, which empowered them to vote and to be voted in elections in Nigeria.
"The movement mobilize citizens for voters card registration in deepening democratic participation and ensure the continuity of good governance in Abia state.
"Our aims are to ensure that every eligible voter obtains and safeguards their PVC while also strengthening electoral transparency through trained polling agents and election monitors,"He stated.
