The Polymarket SuperComputer has identified four teams as the leading contenders to win this season’s UEFA Champions League title, with Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Manchester City emerging as the clubs with the strongest chances of lifting the prestigious trophy.
Paris Saint-Germain are the reigning Champions League holders after securing the title for the second consecutive year. The Ligue 1 giants retained their crown after defeating Arsenal on penalties in the final.
Despite already winning the competition in consecutive seasons, PSG have been given a 14 per cent chance of successfully defending their title for a third straight year, according to the latest prediction from Polymarket.
Real Madrid and Bayern Munich have also been assigned a 14 per cent probability of winning the Champions League, putting both European heavyweights level with the reigning champions in Polymarket’s forecast.
Manchester City, meanwhile, have been given a 13 per cent chance of lifting the Champions League trophy for the second time in the club’s history. The English side remain among the leading contenders despite sitting just one percentage point behind PSG, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich in the prediction.
The race for the European crown will begin to take clearer shape later this month when the draw for the Champions League league phase is conducted on August 27, setting the stage for the next chapter of the competition.
