Today, Governor Adegboyega Oyetola attended the End of the Year party for Osun children that was organised by the State's Ministry of Women, Children and Social Affairs and supported by the Office of the First Lady.
Mr. Governor who commended the Miinistry and the First Lady for putting the event together, said Osun children are important members of the society. He reassured that his administration will continue to protect the rights of the children and provide them an enabling environment to realize and reach their fullest potential.
Governor Oyetola also admonished the children to be of good behavior, avoid peer pressure and be obedient to their parents. He also urged parents, guardians and teachers "to inculcate the right education and morals on the children so that together we can build a better Osun for the future of the children."
