Students applying to Daemen College will be considered for one of five Daemen College scholarships: Presidents, Founders, Deans, Distinguished Faculty, or Alumni.
This applies to international students who desire to enroll in one of the University's undergraduate degree programs. The grant is worth up to $10,000 and is renewable if you maintain a 3.0 GPA and are a full-time undergraduate student.

Amherst, New York-based Daemen College is a private college. The Sisters of St. Francis created Daemen in 1947. Daemen has about 3000 students and offers over 36 undergraduate and graduate degree programs in business, healthcare, and education.
The Sisters of St. Francis of Penance and Christian Charity founded Rosary Hill College for women in 1947. Mother Magdalene Daemen, the founder of the order, was honored when the school was renamed Daemen College in 1976. (the same year it became non-sectarian).
Merit Scholarships
Students who apply to Daemen will be considered for one of five scholarship awards: Presidents, Founders, Deans, Distinguished Faculty or Alumni scholarship.
Presidents Scholarship
This prestigious scholarship is awarded annually to first-year students or transfers based on academic performance.

International Scholarship
Both undergraduate and graduate students who complete the entire application process will have an opportunity to receive a scholarship based on academic performance. Scholarships range from $9,500 – $12,500 for academic year.
In order to be eligible for a scholarship, students must apply to the college. Upon acceptance, students will be notified regarding the amount of their scholarship.

Trustee Scholarship (by nomination)
This prestigious scholarship is awarded to select first-year students of the highest caliber. Students must be nominated for this award and submit a separate Trustee Scholar application in order to compete for this award. Students will interview at Scholars Day

Visual Arts Scholarship
This award is given to first-year art students whose portfolio reflects outstanding talent as determined by a portfolio review by the Art Faculty.

Nursing RN-BS Tuition Grant
Generous 50% tuition grants for registered nurses are available. These grants are not based on financial need and are guaranteed through the completion of the BS degree requirements.
Nursing tuition grants (up to 50%) toward the cost of tuition are calculated utilizing the cost of tuition less any Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) or Aid for Part-time Study (APTS) proceeds.
Graduate Scholarship Opportunities
30% Graduate Tuition Scholarship
Students enrolled in one of the following graduate programs; Applied Behavior Analysis, Athletic Training, Leadership and Innovation, Public Health, MBA, Social Work and Special Education are eligible for a thirty (30) percent tuition scholarship. The scholarship reduces the current per credit hour tuition by 30%. Students must have an undergraduate gpa of 2.7 to be eligible for this scholarship.
AmeriCorps Matching Grant
AmeriCorps volunteers accrue educational benefits (Segal Education Awards) that may be used for graduate study. Daemen College will match this award by providing AmeriCorps alumni an additional matching grant for all graduate programs excluding Physical Therapy and Physician Assistant. Proof of Segal Education Award eligibility can be provided through a copy of the award certificate or a letter from the applicant’s AmeriCorps program manager.
